COOLERS – INSULATED SHIPPING BOX LINERS

Our name, Insulated Packaging & Foam, should say it all. We have been producing insulated temperature-controlled shipping containers for over 40 years. We can design all types of insulated packaging, from simple insulated box liners to custom fitting thermal shapes and coolers for any size box or container and in any quantity.

You bring us the box, whether it be a USPS flat rate box, or a custom printed box you have sitting in your inventory, and we will make a matching cooler.

Advantages to Custom Insulated Box Liners over molded coolers:

More Cost-Effective: Insulated Box Panels are less expensive than molded coolers, plus you get exactly what you need. You can change the thickness of the cooler depending on the season of the year. You can use your existing box or buy the exact box you need at the lowest possible price.
Lower Shipping Costs: Insulated Box Panels are flat and against the walls of the box. Molded coolers, since they come out of a mold, must have slanted sides and rounded corners. This reduces the amount of available shipping space inside, or it can allow you to use a smaller box. On an overnight or 2-day shipment, this size difference can significantly reduce shipping costs.
Less Storage Space: Thermal Box Liners are made with six flat pieces which takes up less space than a molded cooler.
Lower Box Costs: Insulated Box Liners can be custom cut to match any existing size box, which means you can use your existing box, or you can purchase boxes in any way you want and get much better pricing. Molded Coolers only fit their own boxes which are sold at higher prices and cannot be custom printed.
Versatility: Insulated box liners are available in many sizes and configurations to fit different shipping containers, boxes, and packages. They can be custom-made to accommodate specific products and shipping requirements, providing flexibility and adaptability.
Environmental Benefits: Insulated box liners can be made from recyclable or biodegradable materials, reducing their environmental impact compared to traditional packaging materials. They help minimize waste and support sustainability initiatives.
