We have a variety of foams including Polyurethane Foam (PU), Polyurethane Foam (PE), Ester Foams, Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Convoluted Foam, also known as Egg Crate Foam.

Polyethylene (PE) Foam: Polyethylene foam is lightweight, flexible, and durable, making it an excellent choice for case inserts. It offers good impact resistance and cushioning properties, helping to protect items from damage due to bumps, drops, or vibrations. PE foam is available in various densities and thicknesses to accommodate different levels of protection. This foam is very easy to cut and is great for Do-It-Yourselfers. This foam lasts longer than polyurethane foam in humid environments.

Polyurethane (PU) Foam: Polyurethane foam is known for its excellent cushioning and shock-absorbing properties. It offers superior impact resistance and can conform to the shape of the items it is protecting. PU foam is available in different densities and firmness levels, allowing for customization based on specific requirements. PU foam is difficult to cut and normally requires electric saws.

Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Foam: XLPE foam is a closed-cell foam known for its durability and resilience. It provides excellent cushioning and shock absorption, making it suitable for protecting sensitive equipment or electronics. XLPE foam is resistant to water, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for use in harsh environments. XLPE foam is difficult to cut and normally requires electric saws.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam: EPS foam is lightweight, rigid, and cost-effective, making it a popular choice for foam case inserts. It offers good cushioning and insulation properties, helping to protect items from impact and temperature variations. EPS foam is available in various densities and can be easily customized to fit specific case sizes and shapes. XLPE foam is difficult to cut and normally requires use of special cutting equipment such as a hot wire or a hot knife.
