Because you are buying direct, we can provide you with most any kind of shape, size, density, or type of foam. There is no minimum order size depending on foam type, and quantity discounts are given.
Our standard size EPS Foam (Styrofoam) sheets are 4’ x 8’ size cut into any thickness up to 42” thick. Common uses for sheet foam are wall insulation, roof insulation, boat flotation, stage props, crafts, packaging, sound proofing, hobbyists, floats for bridge painters, boat detailers, and dock builders.
We can leave the trim on our Styrofoam sheets which will give you an additional 1” of foam, approximately 49’ x 97’ measurement. The trim is not a precise straight line so do not use these where exact fitting Styrofoam sheets (EPS) are needed.
Our PE Foam (polyurethane) sheets are available in up to 4’ x 9’ sheets in any thickness up to 4” and in low and high densities. This foam is easy to cut, provides more cushioning than EPS Foam, and is available in both black and white colors. The main use for this foam is packaging, especially when the product is heavy or very fragile.
Our PU Foam (polyurethane or upholstery) sheets can vary in size, the most common are sheets of 48” x 96”, 55” x 82” and 82” x 110” in any thickness up to 40”. Polyurethane Foam comes in low density, medium density, high density, low compression, medium compression, and high compression. This foam is commonly used for packaging, upholstery, cushions, padding, marine cushions, furniture, and sound proofing.
Our XLPE (cross-linked) Foam (polyurethane or upholstery) sheets are commonly available in sheets of 48” x 72” in low density and high density in limited.
