Description

IPS Foam can provide you with quick turnaround times for all your construction foam needs.

Expanded Polystyrene Foam EPS (Styrofoam) is a lightweight predictable cost-effective material that maximizes onsite installation efficiency. EPS Foam can arrive at the job site prefabricated and ready to place. It is easily inventoried and handled. Installation is not delayed by weather. There are a variety of types to meet specific project requirements.

Concrete Forms for Construction

A foam concrete form, also known as a formwork or shuttering, is a temporary structure made of mold used to contain and shape freshly poured concrete until it sets and becomes self-supporting

Concrete Block Outs

Concrete block-outs and structural foam blocks are typically made of EPS Foam to maintain voids in concrete after it has hardened. The EPS has the necessary compression strength to handle the weight of wet concrete and the pieces are delivered to the jobsite pre-cut and ready to use. After the concrete sets up, the EPS can be easily removed.

Ground Fill Void

Foam ground void fill, also known as foam injection or foam jacking, is a method used to fill voids, stabilize soil, and lift concrete slabs or structures that have settled or sunk due to soil erosion, compaction, or other factors. Typically, Geofoam, a specially designed EPS foam that goes into the ground, is used.

Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs)

ICF’s are hollow EPS forms that are erected at the construction site, and then filled with five or six inches of reinforced concrete. Unlike traditional concrete forms, which are removed after the concrete cures, ICFs are left in place.
