Description
For over 40 years, Insulated Packaging & Foam has been making some of the most innovative and economical packaging solutions using all types of rigid and flexible foams that can be combined with other packaging materials.
We can manage any size order from a few pieces to truckloads.
Since we are the manufacturer, you are buying direct from the manufacturer, saving you time and money, and giving you direct communication with the individuals designing and making your product.
In packaging, it all begins with the design. Our team can create the most cost effective and best performing solution for your product. Damaged products are costly.

Minimizing the size of your packaging can be beneficial to saving on dimensional shipping charges, saving storage space in your warehouse, and reducing material costs and waste.
Our solutions can reduce your labor time in packaging.
We promote using the most environmentally effective solutions. And we can also assist you with boxes and other packaging supplies.

Here is what we will consider when designing your packaging:
Product Dimensions: Understand the size, shape, and weight of the item being packaged. The packaging should be appropriately sized to snugly fit the product without excessive movement.
Fragility: Assess the fragility of the item. Delicate or fragile items may require thicker and more cushioned foam to absorb shocks and vibrations during handling and transportation.
Impact Resistance: Consider the potential impact forces the package may encounter during transit. Is your product being shipped by air, sea, or land? Choose foam materials and designs that provide adequate shock absorption to protect the product from damage.
Environmental Conditions: Determine the environmental conditions the package will be exposed to, such as temperature extremes or moisture. Select foam materials that can withstand these conditions without degradation.
Packaging Labor Time: How long will it take your employee to package your products.
Storage Space: Do you have limited space? Again, this is another reason we look to use the most efficient packaging from both a material usage standpoint and a storage standpoint.
Cost-effectiveness: Balance the need for protective packaging with cost considerations. Optimize the design to minimize material usage while still providing sufficient protection.
Appearance: Your packaging should look professional, fit your product and enhance its perceived value.
Foams that we use include Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Foam, commonly called Styrofoam, Polyethylene (PE) Foam), Polyurethane (PU) Foam, Cross-Linked (XLPE) Foam, Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) Foam, Polyester (Ester) Foam, Convoluted (Eggcrate) Foam, Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) Foam, High Resilient (HR) Foam, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Foams, open cell foam, closed cell foam, low density foam, high density foam, rigid foam, flexible foam, thermal insulating foam, recycled foam, moisture resistant foam, ESD anti-static foam and more. We can combine foam with different materials including corrugated, coroplast, rigid with flexible foams, etc.
Want to do your own packaging? We can sell you any of our foams in sheets or pieces.

We also sell shipping supplies such as boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and more.

For many of our online shippers, we have turned products that were thought to be cost prohibitive to ship on Amazon, Etsy and eBay, and turned them into shippable products.
We can die-cut, hot wire cut, route, CNC water jet, CNC knife, laser cut, convolute, heat bond, glue, skive, and channel cut different types of foam.
